IT Tips: Blogging to the max
For all you bloggers out there, if you haven't installed Performancing for Firefox yet, you obviously haven't looked at it. It is a fully sick add-on for the Mozilla web browser. You just press F8 and up comes the window. It fully interfaces with Blogger so you don't even have to log in to blogger.com to post to your blog.
And if you don't have Firefox yet, this goes for everyone, get it now!

Yeah man firefox is cool. I've heard some reviews that the new IE is faster though...I've downloaded but don't have the heart to use it!
I'll beta test it at some stage.
If you're looking for the best of both worlds, apparently Netscape 8 isn't a bad alternative. I saw it in beta. Apart from the ugly graphic design (something I'm an expert in as you can tell from my blog :P), it allows you to change the rendering engine for each tab between IE, and Mozilla (that's Firefox for the unwebbed).
I'm sticking with Firefox until someone offers me something better.
Deakin (as in the uni) uses firefox as it's preferred browser, I was quite impressed. You practically _have_ to use it or things just will not work. My friend Jess came to me today... "Hey Bec, have you used this firefox thing its really cool!" and *insert sunglasses smiley* "oh yeah!"
Shall have a look at that addon sooner or later.
I just realised after Bec's post that Deakin DOES in fact use Firefox. This is my 3rd year at Deakin and the whole time I'd just been going "What the heck is Mozilla?..." and I'd goto the programs list and use internet explorer.
How embarrased I feel.....
Time to go and figure out how to use tabs and all the other supposedly amazing features.
Lol. Try clicking the mouse-wheel on a link and see what happens!
